DMCS offers tailored one-off Deaf Awareness training sessions for staff.
Our Deaf Awareness training will enable your staff to understand the barriers faced
by deaf people and make your organisation more accessible for
Deaf and Hard of Hearing people
in line with the Equality Act 2010.
Our experienced tutor customises the course content to ensure it
is relevant to your staff, so that they learn Deaf Awareness skills
and basic BSL signs that will be
useful in their roles.

1. Can I get free assessment?Yes DMCS offers a free assessment for those who wanting to learn BSL level 2 and above.

2. Is my teacher Deaf?Yes, we have two Deaf teachers who are both native BSL signers

3. Can my child learn BSL?Yes, DMCS BSL offer courses for beginners up to intermediate level from ages of 7 years to 17years old.

Which online platform is used for DMCS BSL courses?DMCS utilizes Zoom for conducting all BSL courses.

13. Can I do my BSL exams only with DMCS ?Yes DMCS can support L3-L6 students ready to complete their exams

Is there homework or practice time for BSL courses?Yes, it is recommended to practice and review your signing skills during your free time to enhance learning.
